At Elizabeth & Vivian, we want your shopping experience to be simple and worry-free. Below you'll find everything you need to know about ordering and delivery.

Direct-from-Supplier Shipping — To offer you fair, accessible prices, we ship our products directly from the supplier. This lets us cut transport, storage, and packaging costs and pass the savings on to you. Before shipping, every item is carefully inspected to make sure it meets our quality standards, so your order always arrives in perfect condition.

Order Processing & Delivery — Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Average delivery time is 8–15 business days, depending on your location.

Always Free Shipping — We cover shipping for you. Every order is delivered to your door 100% free of charge, with no minimum order amount.

Track Your Order — Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes available 2–3 days after your order is placed, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Return Policy

At Elizabeth & Vivian, your satisfaction matters to us. If you ever need to return an item, here's everything you need to know.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returns can be requested only after you've physically received your item.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including any international shipping fees.
  • A fixed $10 fee is deducted from your refund to cover return processing.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Trying items on is allowed; wearing them is not.
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Order Cancellation — Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order is automatically processed and can no longer be canceled.

Return Process — Request your return at info@elizabethvivian.com within 30 days of receiving your item, and our team will send you all the instructions. Ship the item back at your own expense (including any customs or shipping fees). We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds — Once we've received and approved your returned item, your refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method, minus the $10 return processing fee.

Exchanges — Exchanges are available. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, contact our team first at info@elizabethvivian.com and we'll guide you through the options personally.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • Incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility, and any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
